Ronnie Garza is one of the 'Gulf Port 7.' He and six other occupiers are facing felony charges for taking part in a lock-down outside the main entrance to the Port of Houston, December 12th, during the West Coast Port Shutdown action. 

Ronnie joined us by phone for an abbreviated Occupy Radio. His story involves undercover cops, sloppy bookkeeping, entrapment. and possible prison time.

Charlie Swanson and We the People of Eugene are backing an advisory vote by the citizens of Eugene asking this question: 

"Shall Congress send to States constitutional amendment reversing negative impact of the Citizens United case and limit independent campaign spending?"

Charlie stopped by the Occupy TV studio to discuss Move To Amend, Citizen's United and the general state of affairs in our world today.

David Cobb was the 2004 Presidential candidate for the Green Party, he's a spokesman for Move To Amend, and the National Projects Director of Democracy Unlimited. 

He spoke from the Occupy the DNC Camp.

Move To Amend is leading a national coalition of groups and local governments to call for a Constitional Amendment rejecting the ideas of corporate personhood, and money as speech.
