BTW: I was amazed at how many times I heard reporter Hanna Scott's pepper spray statements in Seattle and national media. All day long on ABC News, KOMO news, etc. 

She was in shock - stumbling around for a while and then she got lost in the middle of the riot because she was blinded for 30 min.

The medics had to lead her away...

Notice that inferred in her statements is the fact that she was questioning why she and others standing near her were pepper sprayed by SPD officers.

That doesn't diminish the controversy over broken windows, etc.
